Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using SaaSplosion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our product.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will not affect purchases made before the modification date.

Description of Product

SaaSplosion is a digital product - a SaaS boilerplate/template that enables developers to quickly build and launch web applications. The product includes source code, documentation, and related assets.

License

Upon purchase, you receive full rights to use, modify, and build upon the template code for your own projects. You can create any applications you want using SaaSplosion as a foundation.

The only restriction is that you may not resell, redistribute, or share the template itself as a template/boilerplate product.

Payment and Delivery

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the product through the provided delivery method. Digital delivery is typically immediate.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

SaaSplosion, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Cresh Group Sp. z o.o. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of any applications and products you create using templates provided by SaaSplosion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the product to:

  • Create applications that violate any applicable laws
  • Develop malware or malicious software
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Third-Party Services

SaaSplosion integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Amazon AWS - Cloud infrastructure and authentication
  • Umami - Privacy-focused analytics

Each third-party service has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimers

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose
  • UNINTERRUPTED or error-free operation
  • COMPATIBILITY with all systems or environments

We do not guarantee that the product will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRESH GROUP SP. Z O.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the product

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

Indemnification

  • Your violation of these Terms of Use
  • Applications you create using the product
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. If negotiation fails, the courts of Poland

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date below. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cresh Group Sp. z o.o. regarding the purchase and use of SaaSplosion.
